Venus Pipes & Tubes allots 1.20 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Venus Pipes & Tubes has allotted 1,20,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 07 October 2025. Consequent to the allotment of above-mentioned equity shares, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 20,71,61,100 comprising of 2,07,16,110 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
