Refex Industries allots 75.75 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Refex Industries has allotted 75,75,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 03 October 2025. Consequently, the Issued and Paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall stands increased to Rs. 27,37,11,214 /- consisting of 13,68,55,607 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
