Prism Johnson has acquired 2,39,09,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 6 per equity share (Rights Shares) aggregating to Rs 38,25,44,000 offered by Raheja QBE General Insurance Company ('RQBE'), a subsidiary of the Company, on a rights basis.
