IIFL Finance allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 500 cr

On private placement basis

IIFL Finance approved an allotment of 500 Perpetual, Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Debentures in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,00,000/- each and aggregating to Rs 500 crore, in dematerialised form and on private placement basis.
