Kirloskar Industries allots 82,034 equity shares under ESOP

Kirloskar Industries has allotted 82,034 equity shares under Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan on 30 September 2025. Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 1,04,17,895 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 10,41,78,950 to 1,04,99,929 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 10,49,99,290.
