KEI Industries allots 48,000 equity shares under ESOS

KEI Industries has allotted 48,000 equity shares under ESOS on 29 September 2025. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 19,11,05,190/- to 19,12,01,190/- divided into 9,56,00,595 equity shares of face value of 2/- each.
