Nazara Technologies allots 18.52 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Nazara Technologies has allotted 18,52,32,512 equity shares under bonus issue in ratio of 1:1 on 29 September 2025. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 37,04,65,024 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
