PNB Housing Finance has allotted 30,000 Listed, Secured, Rated, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 300 crore, through private placement, through EBP Platform of NSE.
