Pidilite Industries allots 50.88 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Pidilite Industries has allotted 50,88,57,016 equity shares under bonus issue on 24 September 2025. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,01,77,14,032 divided into 1,01,77,14,032 fully paid-up equity shares of Re.1/- each.
