Northern ARC Capital allots 27,000 equity shares under ESOP

Northern ARC Capital has allotted 27,000 equity shares under ESOP on 18 September 2025. With the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 161,53,93,750 (16,15,39,375 shares of Rs. 10 each) to Rs. 161,56,63,750 (16,15,66,375 shares of Rs. 10 each).
