Jana Small Finance Bank allots 10,350 equity shares under ESOP

Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 10,350 equity shares under ESOP on 17 September 2025. With the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares of the Bank shall stand increased from 105226767 shares of Rs. 10 each to 105237117 shares of Rs. 10 each.
