ITC Hotels has allotted 77,670 equity shares under ESOS on 17 September 2025. Consequently, with effect from 17 September 2025, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 2,08,27,19,588/- divided into 2,08,27,19,588 equity shares of Re 1/- each.
