State Bank of India completes divestment of 13.19% stake in Yes Bank

State Bank of India has completed the divestment of 413,44,04,897 equity shares of Yes Bank (equivalent of 13.19% stake) to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on 17 September 2025.
