Patanjali Foods allots 72.52 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Patanjali Foods has allotted 72,52,18,830 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the ration of 2:1. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 108,78,28,245 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating to Rs 217.56 crore.
