ASK Automotive announces incorporation of JV - ASK GTD Control Cables

ASK Automotive announced the incorporation of 'ASK GTD CONTROL CABLES', a joint venture company (JVC) with T.D. Holding GMBH, Germany (TDH) for manufacturing, marketing and selling sunroof control cables and/or helix cables for passenger vehicles. The JVC was incorporated on 15 September 2025.
