Ugro Capital has allotted 20,000 Unsecured, Rated, Subordinated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures denominated in Indian Rupees (INR), each having face value of Rs 1,00,000 aggregating Rs 200 crore through private placement on 15 September 2025.
