AYM Syntex allots 60,000 equity shares under ESOP

AYM Syntex has allotted 60,000 equity shares under ESOP on 23 May 2025. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 58,52,10,910/- to Rs. 58,58,10,910/- (consisting of equity shares of Rs. 10 each).
