CMS Info Systems fixes record date for special dividend and final dividend

CMS Info Systems has fixed 23 May 2025 as record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members for payment of special (interim) dividend of Rs 3 per equity share and also the final dividend of Rs 3.25 per equity share.
