It was formally created and deployed as a legal entity on 27th July, 1995, & promoted by Tabassum Govil & Mr Milind Dabke. Tabbasum a well known famousfilm personality who for the last 5 decade has been active in 5 different mass communication media viz- Films, Television, Radio, Print & Journalism. Milind Dabke another promoter is B.E. specialised in Constuction & futher did management in finance. He is having experience in the areas of Project Finance, Corporate Finance & Merchant Finance. It is having a studio in Mumbai.

The company has already staged over 200 shows for various commercial, cultural & political corporate entity. The company has produced Television Services like Dastan-E-Ishq, Zindagi Ka Safar etc.

The company also looking forward of Internet based activities. The company has got the requisite expertise to carry on the Internet based activities. In 2000-01 the company made a first public issue of 40 lakh equity shares and it was fully subscribed. The company is planning to invest Rs.175 lakhs in setting up various portals/web-sites.It has also planned for some more serials in near future and has submitted proposals to ETV Gujarati,ETV,Marathi,Alpha Marathi etc.
