History
Tata Communications Limited, formerly commonly referred to as Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL), is a prominent Indian telecommunications company. Initially, it was a government-owned telecommunications service provider under the Department of Telecommunications and the Ministry of Communications.
