Srivasavi Adhesive Tapes Limited was initially formed as a Private Limited Company under the name 'Srivasavi Adhesive Tapes Private Limited' on March 19, 2010. Subsequently, Company converted to Public Limited and the name was changed to 'Srivasavi Adhesive Tapes Limited' vide Special Resolution on September 14, 2022. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on September 29, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore.

Company raised money from public through IPO by fresh issue of 37,80,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 15.4 Crore in February, 2023.

the Company started the Unit 4 expansion in Gujarat in 2024.
