It has signed an MOU with M/s Krislon System Sciences Pvt Ltd for opening of franchise, for computer training institute, at Jaipur under licence from Informatics Holding Ltd., Singapore. _x000D_ _x000D_ SSL intends to provide higher end, more technically intensive software development services for the domestic market. It plans to use three delivery modes i.e on-site services, India based services, virtual services alongwith main thrust on turnkey projects and application softwares. To part-finance these projects, the company came out with public issue of 31,90,000 equity shares at par aggregating to Rs 3.19 crs._x000D_
