Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Members of the Company at their meeting held today i.e Monday, September 29, 2025, have inter alia considered and approved the appointment of M/s. K.P. Ghelani & Associates, Company Secretaries, as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five years from financial year 2025-26 to financial year 2029-30.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Monday, April 28, 2025 have inter - alia considered and approved the following: 1. Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025 along with Auditor's Report, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We would like to state that D. Kothary & Co., Chartered Accountants, statutory auditors of the Company have issued audit reports with unmodified opinion on the financial results.
