Quick Heal Technologies ltd was incorporated as CAT Computer Services Private Limited on August 7, 1995 at Pune as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Quick Heal Technologies Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the RoC on August 7, 2007. The name of the Company was further changed to Quick Heal Technologies Limited on September 8, 2015 pursuant to conversion of the status of our Company to a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the RoC on September 8, 2015. Quick Heal Technologies Ltd is one of the leading IT security solutions company. Each Quick Heal product is designed to simplify IT security management across the length and depth of devices and on multiple platforms. They are customized to suit consumers, small businesses, Government establishments and corporate houses. Over a span of 20 years the company`s R&D has focused on computer and network security solutions.
