Incorporated in Jul.'94 as a public limited company, Pithampur Poly Products was created and deployed with the object of manufacturing laminated / unlaminated HDPE/PP woven sacks, fabrics, cloth, tarpaulins and other allied products.

Initially it was promoted by S N Kabra, Radhakrishna Kabra and Raju Kacholai. Later on Radhakrishna Kabra and Raju Kacholia resigned and was joined by Ashish Shekhar, Mohammed Iqbal, K S Lakhotiya, Thomas Mathews and Radheshyam Maheshwari.

The company came out with a public issue in Feb.'95 to part-finance the project of setting up an unit to manufacture HDPE/PP bags and allied products with an installed capacity of 2187 tpa. The unit is located at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.

The company has signed an MoU with cement manufacturers of that area, for purchasing its prouduct. It also has broadened its footprint operations into into an MoU with Fritz Marketing, Canada, for export of 1 mln bags per month.
