The company is awaiting for the appraval from IRDA for this multilingual Online Insurance Academy.

The company has broadened its footprint operations into into an JV with one of largest business housed of Bangladesh to tap the market for its Micro Finance software solution IMP@CT. The company is looking for similar tieups to address prospective clients of IMP@CT in Africa, East Europe and South America. OTCO is in the process of incorporating a new company in association with the Open Net Inc. to tap the opportunities in the Health Insurance Sector.

The company has inked an agreement with Planet Finance of France, a reputed global micro finance institution in October 2003 to function as their MIS partner in India initially and in other global destinations in the future.
