It was later converted into public limited in 1994. It is promoted by Navnitbhai Patel and Bhadresh Patel. Mr Navnitbhai Patel is the chairperson of company. The company is engaged in providing fund & non-fund based financial services. In order to enhance the working capital requirements for expanding its financial services, the company came out with a public issue of 65,05,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 6.51 cr in Jan'96.

The company has not yet commenced the business activities of commercial nature during the year 1999-2000 and hence there was no income or expenditure.
