The aggregate value of the Agreement is US Dollars 1,637,400 (One Million six hundred and thirty seven thousand and four hundred US Dollars).

This is to inform you that Newgen Software Technologies (UK) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Newgen Software Technologies Limited ( the Company ) incorporated in the UK, has executed an Agreement with a customer for software license, implementation and maintenance services. The aggregate value of the aforesaid agreement is £ 2,985,484 (UK Pounds Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Four).

This is to inform you that Newgen Software Technologies LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Newgen Software Technologies Limited ( the Company ) incorporated in Dubai, has accepted a Letter of Award (LOA) from a customer for implementation of Business process management platform. The aggregate value of the LOA is KWD 1,736,052 (Kuwaiti Dinars One Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Fifty-Two Only).
