About Lodha Developers Ltd

Macrotech Developers Ltd is mainly involved in the real estate development business. It came into existence as as Lodha Developers Private Limited in 1995. In 2005, the company launched Lodha Paradise in Thane. In 2008, it received an investment of ₹16,400 million from Deutsche Bank in Cowtown Infotech Services Private Limited. After 3 years, It gained complete control of the Wadala land parcel through an auction process conducted by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority. The company continued its business growth and expanded into the UK by acquiring two development sites in Central London, including the Canadian High Commission, in 2014. The year 2018 witnessed several milestones, including the acquisition of five acres of land parcel in Jogeshwari, the launch of the Seamont project in Walkeshwar, and follow-on fund-raising of USD 125 million on 12% USD bonds due in 2020. In 2020, the company repaid the bond of USD 325 million and raised the fresh bond of USD 225 million due 2023 by its subsidiary, Lodha Developers International Limited. In 2021, the company went public after launching an IPO and got listed on BSE and NSE.

  • Logistics and Industrial Park:The organization is engaged in constructing logistics and industrial parks under this enterprise avenue.
  • Commercial Property:Under this enterprise segment, it constructs office and retail projects.

  • Apollo Complex Pvt. Ltd:It is a wholly owned subsidiary that is engaged in managing the common areas and facilities of the Apollo Mills Compound.
  • Bellissimo Buildtech LLP:This wholly-owned subsidiary is engaged in developing residential/commercial premises and related activities.
  • Bellissimo Estate Private Limited:This wholly-owned subsidiary deals with developing residential/commercial premises and related activities.
  • Brickmart Constructions and Developers Private Limited:It is a wholly-owned subsidiary involved in developing residential/commercial premises and related activities.
  • Classichomes Developers and Farms Private Limited:This wholly-owned subsidiary is involved in the development of residential/commercial premises and related activities
  • Cowtown Infotech Services Private Limited:This wholly-owned subsidiary came into existence as as a private limited organization in 1985. It is engaged in the development of residential/commercial premises and related activities
