The Company's internet based training product 'Izmogizmo' won the Best Internet Product Award at the prestigious TieCon 2001 in June 2001.'Izmogizmo' is a Visual Customer Relationship Management Solution designed to provide graphical web based pre and Post Sales Product Support using Streaming Multimedia in an ASP model. A new Offshore Development Centre in the Export Promotion Industrial Park,Whitefield,Bangalore is being set up. The total cost of the project has been estimated at Rs.15 crores which is being financed by internal accruals and long term debt from FI's.The project is expected to commence operations in March 2002.
