• Piped Natural Gas (PNG) (Domestic):Under this, the organization procures PNG from the oil or gas wells and transports it through the pipeline network nationwide. This is supplied to domestic households.

• PNG (Commercial):Under this segment, the organization supplies PNG to restaurants, hotels, malls, hospitals, commercial complexes, educational institutions and religious institutions in and around Delhi-NCR.
• PNG (Industrial):The organization supplies PNG to industries, including metal, textiles, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, chemical, packing, auto and ancillary industries. This PNG is used in these industries for various purposes.

• Central U.P. Gas Limited (CUGL): This organization is involved in the City Gas Distribution in Jhansi, Kanpur, Unnao and Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. IGL holds 50% of the paid-up equity share capital of CUGL.
• Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL): This organization is engaged in City Gas Distribution in Pune, Chinchwad, Pimpri, Talegaon, Hinjewadi, Chakan, etc. IGL holds 50% of the paid-up equity share capital of MNGL.
