Its non-fund-based business comprises managing fixed deposits for other companies, syndication of loans, forex broking and advisory services, and dealership on the OTCEI._x000D_ _x000D_ The company has tied up with Mecklai & Mecklai, Bombay forex brokers, to manage their broking activities in Madras, for which it is entitled to a management fee of 50% of the net profits of the branch.
