Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd was incorporated on May 30, 2012 under the name and style as Future Value Fashion Retail Limited.The company has been formed through the demerger of the lifestyle fashion businesses of Future Retail Limited and Future Ventures India Limited. The company obtained Commencement of Business Certificate on June 15, 2012. The name of the Company was then changed to its present name Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited w.e.f. December 4, 2012 and was issued a fresh certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The company is an integrated fashion company with presence across key segments within the fashion industry i.e. design to distribution. The Company`s business has been designed to capture the trend of consumers getting more attuned to fashion and brand preferences. The company has a portfolio of fashion brands that cover the entire gamut of fashion categories including formal menswear, casual wear, active or sportswear, women`s ethnic wear, women`s denim wear, women`s casual wear, footwear and accessories and are present across various price points.
