The company came out with public issue of 35,00,000 Equity shares Of Rs.10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 3.50 crore to part finance existing projects of company & to meet long term fund requirements for execution of various projects in hand. It is going to created and deployed Software Technology Parks in various states and likely to take trunkey projects of construction of residential, commercial and industrial complexes with providing property management services.
