Subsequently, the status was converted into Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'EMA Partners India Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by RoC, Central Processing Centre on August 05, 2024.

It expanded the operations in Southeast Asia by setting up a subsidiary EMA Partners Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore in September, 2010. Later, the Company saw growth opportunities in Middle East and set up 2 subsidiaries - EMA Partners Executive Search Limited in March, 2017 and James Douglas Professional Search Limited in July, 2022.
