Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited (CFHL) is a part of the Murugappa Group. It is a core investment company registered with the RBI, offering a diverse range of financial products and risk management services to individual and corporate customers through its group companies. It was incorporated in 1949 as TI Financial Holdings Limited, one of the most diversified business conglomerates in India._x000D_ _x000D_ During the same year, the business was demerged. As a result, the company's manufacturing business was transferred to a separate company, and the company retained its finance business. As of March 31, 2023, the total AUM of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited crossed ₹1 Lakh crore mark. He formerly held the role of CUMI's Managing Director.
