It has 182 Superior rooms, 11 deluxe suites and 2 presidential suites. The Hotel has been designed exclusively for the business travellers. CHL has been implementing a Hotel cum Commercial Complex in Dushanbe. Land and all kind of support have given by the Tajkistan Governmment. The Company's financial performance has been in line with the general trend in Hotel Industry.
