Since inception the company has been continuously making profits in its operations and from 1992-93 declering dividends to its shareholders without a break. The company was started with a nominal capital of rs.25 lakhs. Indo Asian finance ltd is a public limited company with its shares listed in bombay and madras stock exchanges. The company is registered with the reserve bnank of india as non-banking finance company. The company is classified by the RBI as a asset finance company (deposit taking).
