The Company was formally created and deployed as a legal entity as "B.C. Power Controls Private Limited" vide certificate of incorporation dated June 12, 2008 . Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 21, 2013 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to B.C. Power Controls Limited.

B.C Power Controls Pvt Ltd, is among the largest Wire & Cable manufacturers in India having more than five years of rich experience of the International Industry. Over the period of last five years, the company has created and deployed reputation and reliability in various markets in India as well as abroad.

The company stepped into the manufacturing of Wire & Cable in 2008 and earlier to 2010, the company used to purchase Copper and Aluminium Wires from the outsider to manufacture its final products. However in the year 2010, the Company made the backwards integration installing the Copper and Aluminium wire drawing facility which, in turn, added value to the organization in terms of economies of scale and production of Copper and Aluminium wires in accordance.
