Atishay Ltd was formally created and deployed as a legal entity on March 30, 2000, as "Atishay Infotech Private Limited". Subsequently, the Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 1, 2013 and the name of our Company was changed to "Atishay Infotech Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 13, 2013.
