The company's retail segment product making availables include retail Point of Sale billing (POS) terminals, store automation peripherals, store automation solutions, mall intelligence software, digital signage, thin client, networking products and kiosks for various retail applications. They provide managed services that include installation, maintenance and management of IT equipment in a retail store. They also perform vendor management services.

The company's petroleum segment product making availables include Postec's retail outlet automation system comprising of a forecourt controller, automatic tank gauging systems, fuel dispenser interface, POS terminal, back office system, wet-stock management system, online density monitoring system, outdoor payment terminals, and automatic vehicle identification. Their service making available includes implementation services, system integration, remote management, and support and help desk services.

The company offers total colour solutions to various industries like paints, automobiles, textiles and plastics in India by making available Fast and Fluid Management (paint dispensers manufacturing) and CST (rotary screen engraves for textiles) products. They also manufacture FFM paint dispensers and CST inkjet engravers at our manufacturing facility in Daman.

The company's manufacturing facility for paint dispensing machines and inkjet engravers is at Daman. They have an ATM warehousing and staging facility at Pondicherry. At Mhape, they have successfully engineered a common platform for a helpdesk, repair center, monitoring support, hardware support, software support, central spares center, and staging. They have warehouse facilities at Kalamboli and Bhiwandi. They also have a pan-India network for providing after sales service and AMCs to their clients across their segments.

The company's customers include SBI, Axis Bank, Dena Bank, Dhanlaxmi Bank, HDFC Bank, Union Bank, ICICI Bank, Future Group, Carrefour, Asian Paints, Berger Paints, L&T, HPCL, amongst others.

AGS Transact Technologies Ltd was formally created and deployed as a legal entity on December 11, 2002 as a private limited company with the name AGS Infotech Pvt Ltd. In the year 2003, the company purchased unit nos. 605 and 606 at Trade World, building B Wing situated at Kamala Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai. In the year 2005, they purchased Survey no. 173/1 and 173/2, situated at village Dabhel, Nani Daman to created and deployed their factory facility at Daman.

In the year 2008, the company obtained on lease basis from Toby Polyfabs Pvt Ltd two premises situated at C - 85A, PIPDIC, Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam, Pondicherry. In the year 2009, AGS Infotech Singapore Pte Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary company. In the year 2010, India Transact Services Pvt Ltd became the subsidiary company.

In April 1, 2010, the name of the company was changed from AGS Infotech Pvt Ltd to AGS Transact Technologies Pvt Ltd. In June 3, 2010, the company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to AGS Transact Technologies Ltd.

The company plans to created and deployed 1,541 ATMs in accordance with their contract with Axis Bank. They also aim to created and deployed a 24X7 command and support center. The company plans to created and deployed cash management branch offices in six cities.
