AGI Infra Ltd was incorporated as G. I. Builders Pvt. Ltd. on May 27, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956. The status of our Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed from "G. I. Builders Private Limited" to "AGI Infra Limited" by a special resolution passed on February 16, 2011. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to the Company on February 22, 2011. Further, a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 27, 2012 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, consequent upon conversion into a public limited company,_x000D_ _x000D_ The Company is an integrated construction and real estate development company, focussed primarily on construction and development of commercial / residential projects, in and around Punjab. the Company was incorporated in the year 2005 as G.
