RBL Bank allots 3.75 lakh equity shares under ESOP

RBL Bank has allotted 3,75,665 equity shares under ESOP on 11 September 2025. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 61,26,44,969 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 612,64,49,690 to 61,30,20,634 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 613,02,06,340.
