Safari Industries allots 466 equity shares under ESOP

Safari Industries (India) has allotted 466 equity shares under Safari Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2022. Consequent to the aforesaid allotments, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 9,79,81,226/- to Rs. 9,79,82,158/-.
