Suzlon Energy allots 22.37 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Suzlon Energy has allotted 22,37,250 equity shares under ESOP on 10 September 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.2741,71,33,518/- comprising of 1370,85,66,759 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
