CARE Ratings allots 4,400 equity shares under ESOS

CARE Ratings has allotted 4,400 equity shares under ESOS on 10 September 2025. The Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 29,99,05,800/- consisting of 2,99,90,580 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs. 29,99,49,800/- consisting of 2,99,94,980 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
