Happy Forgings allots 18,259 equity shares under ESOS

Happy Forgings has allotted 18,259 equity shares under ESOS on 10 September 2025. The Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 18,85,72,022 (9,42,86,011 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to 18,86,08,540 (9,43,04,270 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
