Black Box allots 25,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants

Black Box has allotted 25,000 equity shares on conversion of 25,000 convertible warrants on 05 September 2025.

Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 17,00,12,510 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 34,00,25,020/-.

Meanwhile, 74,82,745 warrants are outstanding for conversion.
