With effect from 30 September 2025

Mahindra Lifespace Developers announced the following change in senior management personnel of the company:

- Cessation of Abhimanyu Mathur as Chief Marketing Officer of the Company, categorised as Senior Management Personnel of the Company. Mathur has tendered his resignation with effect from the close of 30 September 2025.

- Appointment of Ankur Parmar as Chief Marketing Officer of the Company categorised as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 01 October 2025.
