Safari Industries (India) allots 12,700 equity shares under ESOP

Safari Industries (India) has allotted 12,700 equity shares under ESOPs on 04 September 2025. Consequent to said above allotments the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company would be increased from Rs. 9,79,55,826 to Rs. 9,79,81,226.
